

Anjali Chauhan
Anjali Chauhan is a feminist researcher, writer, and journalist based in Delhi, India. Currently pursuing her Ph.D. in Political Science at the University of Delhi, she focuses on the impact of neoliberalism on women garment workers living in the Delhi National Capital Region (NCR). Currently, she is working as a Researcher cum Community Development Officer for a non-profit, Centre for Education and Communication where she is understanding the livelihood challenges of working class neighbourhood in Delhi for a project and conducting awareness building creative workshops with women workers of Kapashera village, Delhi NCR. Deeply invested in feminist movements, she’s driven by a passion for exploring issues related to women, labour, and politics in her work.
Her writing spans multiple platforms, with contributions to Economic and Political Weekly, The Indian Express, The Telegraph, Scroll, Frontline Magazine, Doing Sociology, Journal of Gender and Development, Borderless Journal and Asia Labour Review among others. Her work ranges from academic articles and op-eds to book reviews, poetry, and even film critiques.
