Faye Cura is a writer and editor and the publisher of Gantala Press, a feminist small press in the Philippines that produces literary anthologies, cookbooks, comics, zines, and other publications on food security, human rights and welfare, and national sovereignty. She has authored four books of poetry and is currently working on a translation of Emily Dickinson’s poems to Filipino. She has recently published a Filipino translation of Alexandra Kollontai’s novel, RED LOVE. Faye is also a peasant women advocate and helps in people’s campaigns for genuine land reform and the anti-imperialist struggle.
