Rawan Gamal Agha

Rawan is a writer, poet, and visual artist who finds comfort in stories—whether in books, photographs, or heartfelt conversations. Her research interests explore themes of intersectionality, feminism, and decolonisation, always seeking the threads that connect academia and art to everyday life. She has contributed to various magazines and co-authored research papers, including Amen to the Kuffiyah, which was presented as part of an international seminar at Woxsen University. She also co-founded Egyptian Millennials Magazine, a space that gave young creatives a place to share their voices. Beyond writing and visual storytelling, she finds expression in painting, research, being sassy, and crafting herbal blends.
